Tick season begins in Stavropol Territory

As of April 30, 311 people turned to medical institutions in the Stavropol Territory after tick bites. About half of the victims are children.

The department of Rospotrebnadzor in the region noted that this figure is 1.8 times lower than the average long-term observations.

It is clarified that the largest number of appeals was recorded in the regional center - 110, as well as Pyatigorsk and Georgievsky urban district - 29 appeals in each.
