Georgian Defense Minister Tina Khidasheli will travel to the United States tomorrow on an official visit, the head of the Defense Ministry told the Imedi channel.
She will hold talks with her US colleague Ashton Carter, as well as meetings in the White House, the State Department, with American journalists and representatives of nongovernmental organizations.
"Our main agenda is known, there is nothing new to say. On the one hand, it is aimed at even greater strengthening of Georgian-American relations ... On the other hand – at winning the support of the American side at the NATO ministerial and planned summit (Warsaw NATO summit)," Sputnik Georgia quotes Khidasheli as saying.
