The Ministry of Agriculture of Russia is to allocate 14 billion rubles in 2016 to support agricultural producers and farmers, the head of department Aleksander Tkachev said in the Pozdnyakov program on NTV.
‘‘In general, everything is being developed well. The program of support of farmers and livestock farms is extending every year. And this year we have the budget of 14 billion rubles. We are carrying out active work with the regions,’’ RIA Novosti cites her as saying.
According to the minister, now 1/10 of products of Russian agrarians are produced by farmers. Moreover, their profit margin is 13%.
