Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has arrived in St. Petersburg on Thursday evening at the invitation of his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.
Tokayev will take part in the 25th St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF). According to the Akorda press service, on Friday morning, the president of the republic will have bilateral meetings with the president of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov. Then the leader of Kazakhstan will take part in the plenary session of the SPIEF. A bilateral meeting with the President of Russia will take place at the end of the visit's program.
