German Foreign Minister Heiko Maas will pay a visit to Moscow on May 10 to discuss the situation in eastern Ukraine, Syria and German-Russian relations with his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov, the German Foreign Ministry reported.
"Along with other meetings, he will have a meeting with Sergey Lavrov to discuss, among other issues, the situation in Syria and eastern Ukraine, as well as German-Russian relations," the ministry said.
Asource in the Russian Foreign Ministry said that "the talks are scheduled to be held in Moscow on May 10," TASS reported.
Lavrov and Maas held their first telephone call in late April, during which they discussed Syria and further steps within the Normandy format.
