The previous night could became the last for an unregistered tourist - he felt bad climbing Elbrus, the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation in Kabardino-Balkaria reported.
The emergency situation occurred at an altitude of 4200 m in the Shelter-11 area. At 01.30 the rescue operation was completed, the injured was taken to the Azau meadow and handed over to physicians for transportation to the Tyrnyauza Central Regional Hospital.
