"A passenger boat sank in the Black Sea off the coast of the Odessa region, resulting in several people dying," the regional governor Mikheil Saakashvili wrote on his Facebook page.
The incident took place this afternoon when the boat was returning from a walk. According to the preliminary data, there were 36 people on board. According to more detailed data, the crash of the pleasure boat in the Odessa region resulted in the deaths of 16 people, 20 were hospitalized, the Ukrainian Interior Ministry reports.
