Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev signed an order to create the Ministry of Transport, Communication and High Technologies.
The new ministry will be headed by Ramin Guluzade, Trend reports.
The Cabinet of Ministers is instructed to prepare draft regulations on the new ministry, as well as regulations on structure and total number of employees of the ministry.
In addition, ensure adjustment of the normative legal acts of the Cabinet of Ministers, to control adjustment of the normative legal acts of central executive bodies and resolve issues arising from this order.
Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Justice was instructed to ensure the adjustment of normative legal acts of central executive bodies and normative acts, and inform the Cabinet of Ministers.
