The Russian government is going to make the national roads up to standard by the end of 2018, the minister of transport, Maxim Sokolov, said at the 15th Congress of the ‘United Russia’ party.
"We plan to ensure one hundred percent fulfillment of the standard condition of the [Russian] roads by the end of 2018," Gazeta.ru quotes him as saying.
