As reported today by a representative of the Ahrar al-Sham movement, Kara Ahmed Ali, peace talks with the government have ended in failure, the temporary truce has been terminated.
The ceasefire, which had previously been extended until Sunday, ended in the town of Zabadani and in two settlements in southwestern Syria, RIA Novosti reports.
Members of the Ahrar al-Sham militant group are allied with groups of the Dzhebhat en Nusra group.
