US President Donald Trump expressed gratitude to María Corina Machado, who presented him with her Nobel Peace Prize medal.

Donald Trump said.
The Venezuelan opposition politician was awarded the Peace Prize in October 2025. She chose to present the award to Trump following the US military operation in Venezuela and the capture of President Nicolás Maduro.
