Companies operating in the nuclear energy sector should be removed from the sanctions list. This was stated by the Turkish Minister of Energy in his video address to the participants of the IAEA conference.
"We are in favor of nuclear energy as part of a "better future". In this regard, we emphasize the need to remove all barriers, such as trade and financial restrictions, as well as sanctions against the sector",
Alparslan Bayraktar said.
He emphasized that these barriers hindered economic development and technological progress, and also affected the ability to achieve global goals in the field of sustainable development.
