Türkiye has submitted an application to host the 2028 and 2032 editions of the UEFA EURO.
The relevant document was signed by the Turkish Minister of Youth and Sports. The Turkish bid contains information about stadiums, guest accommodation, transport and urban infrastructure.
UEFA will announce the winner of the Euro bids in September. Earlier, the football associations of England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales and the Republic of Ireland announced a joint “Ireland and United Kingdom” bid for the Euro 2028. Another candidate to host the UEFA Euro 2032 football championships is Italy.
