Turkey’s finance minister Nureddin Nebati said Ankara is pushing hard for a discount on the huge amount of gas it buys from Russia.
According to the minister, Turkey is also asking Russia’s Gazprom for an option to defer payment. Nebati said he expects “good news” on both fronts, Financial Times reported.
