Turkey expects the United States to take a positive decision on Fethullah Gulen's extradition, Turkish Justice Minister Abdulhamit Gul said.
According to the Turkish minister, the U.S. is conducting its own investigations into the Gulen case, which this is very important.
Gul said that the process is not yet complete, while its outcome is not negative yet, adding that Turkey is waiting for a positive result on the extradition issue, Habertürk reported.
Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlüt Cavusoglu said on Sunday that the U.S. President Donald Trump reportedly notified Erdoganthat the U.S. was considering the possibility of extraditing Gulen. But the White House later rejected it, saying that Trump only said that the U.S. would consider the issue of extradition.
