The resumption of negotiations between Russia and Ukraine is possible, Ibrahim Kalin, the press secretary of the Turkish President, believes.
In an interview with CNN, he said that the suspension of the negotiation process was expected, but "negotiations are likely to resume at some point."
"The question is when we will return to them and how much damage will be done by then," Kalyn added.
