It is difficult for Turkey's Ministry of Energy to name the approximate timing of the restoration of part of the Kirkuk-Ceyhan oil pipeline, which was presumed to have been destroyed by Kurdish militants in the southeast of Turkey, ministry press-secretary Ali Kerem Eskigyun reported.
"The reconstruction of the pipeline is under way, it is not known yet how long it will take," RIA Novosti cited Eskigyun's statement.
