Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu has described the Russian serviceman’s action, who showed shoulder-held rocket from a vessel in the Strait of Bosphorus near Istanbul. The photo was published today by the Turkish television channel NTV.
‘‘It is was provocation when the Russian soldier took a photo of a shoulder-held rocket, or similar weapon being passing on the Russian warship,’’ RBC cites him as saying.
