Turkey denies imposing restrictions on wheat exports from Russia

Turkey has suspended issuance of licenses for duty-free import of sunflower oil, wheat and corn from Russia, President of the Grain Union Arkady Zlochevsky said.

"There have been no official notification from Turkey but contractors, Turkish importers have informed us that Turkey had suspended issuance of licenses for duty-free import," TASS cited him as saying.

At the same time, the Russian Deputy Minister of Economic Development Alexey Gruzdev said that the Turkish side didn't confirm such information.
