Turkish Armed Forces eliminated 75 militants of the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) during anti-terrorist operations in January, the Turkish General Staff said.
During the operations, one Turkish serviceman was killed and three were injured.
Moreover, 350 people were detained on suspicions of having links to terrorists, 108 of whom were arrested, Trend reported.
