Turkey hits 15 ISIS targets in Syria's al Bab

Turkish jets hit 15 ISIS terrorist targets in Syria's al Bab region as part of Operation Euphrates Shield, a source in the Turkish Armed Forces said.

According to the statement, military jets conducted airstrikes on Sunday, destroying two ISIS control centers, an ammunition depot, two headquarter buildings and 10 defense positions.

No airstrikes were carried out by the US-backed coalition forces, the Daily Sabah reports.

A total of nine Turkey-backed Free Syrian Army (FSA) fighters were killed during clashes, while 52 others were injured. Four Turkish soldiers were wounded by improvised explosives, the statement added.
