Turkey has issued a permit to Gazprom to conduct engineering works on the maritime section of the Turkish Stream project, RIA Novosti reports.
The Turkish Stream will consist of four lines with a capacity of 15.75 billion cubic meters of gas annually. 660km of the gas pipeline will run through the old corridor of the South Stream and 250km in the direction of the European part of Turkey.
