Turkey’s prime minister Binali Yildirim congratulated his Iraqi counterpart Haider al-Abadi on Iraq's declared victory over ISIS in Mosul and offered Ankara's help to rebuild the devastated city.
According to the prime ministry sources, both leaders reaffirmed each other on bilateral cooperation against terror groups in the region, the Daily Sabah reported.
Last week, Abadi formally declared victory over ISIS in Mosul.
