Starting from February 1st 2016, Turkey does not allow trucks from Russian to carry out cargo transit on its territory, the information about this was confirmed by the Association of International Road Carriers (AIAC).
"The Turkish side still hasn't agreed on a contingent of permits for 2016. Now the Ministry of Transport of Russia is taking measures to resolve the issue,'' the Association reports.
