Turkey expects that the second batch of Russia’s S-400 missile systems supplies to Turkey will begin in 2020, head of Turkey’s Defense Industry Directorate Ismail Demir said.
"The second batch of S-400 supplies may begin next year," the Turkish minister told TGRT TV channel.
"Control over the systems will be carried out by Turkey," TASS cited Demir as saying.
On July 14, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said that deliveries of Russian S-400 missile defense systems to Turkey may be over by April 2020.
