Turkish Economy Minister Nihat Zeybekchi announced today that a national referendum on the new Constitution of Turkey will be held in 2017.
As Zeybekchi stressed, new constitution will serve as an instrument that will strengthen Turkey's position in the Middle East and the whole world.
