Turkey is ready to allow Russian investors to invest in the development of the tourism sector, Turkish Ambassador to Russia, Lazip Hüseyin Dirioz said.
Speaking at the first summit of the Russian World Tourism Forum in Moscow, he said that Turkey is the sixth most popular tourist destination in the world.
"Turkey offers opportunities for investments in the tourism sector of the country for Russian businessmen. It is logical for Russian business be involved in the development of the tourism sector in Turkey,’’ the ambassador said.
