Turkish Air Forces support coalition bombing of Islamic State

The Turkish Foreign Ministry has reported today that Turkish Air Force bombers are on the threshold of taking part in the first air strikes on positions of the terrorist organization Islamic State in Syria as part of the international coalition for the first time.

This became possible after Turkey and the United States completed negotiations on the mass bombing of IS forces near the Turkish-Syrian border.
