Turkish Ambassador to Russia Ümit Yardim has not confirmed the freezing of the talks on the Turkish Stream gas pipeline project.
"I don't think that the negotiations came to a dead end, they are continuing," Turkish Ambassador to Russia said.
Ümit Yardim added that formal negotiations have not yet begun, "but there are contacts aimed at carrying out preliminary work, because global projects always have a complex preparatory phase."
