The Turkish Foreign Ministry has summoned Turkey’s ambassador to Bangladesh Devrim Öztürk to Ankara for consultations in the aftermath of the hanging of a senior Jamaat-e-Islami party leader in Dhaka, the Hurriyet Daily News reports.
According to the diplomatic source, who spoke on condition of anonymity, the Turkish Ambassador is expected to arrive in Ankara on May 12.
