The head of the Turkish Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources, Taner Yildiz, reported that he has sent a draft intergovernmental agreement on the 'Turkish Stream' gas pipeline to the Russian side.
Currently Yildiz is awaiting a response from the Russian authorities, RIA Novosti cites Reuters news agency information.
