Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu has arrived in Baku. He will hold working meetings with his Azerbaijani counterpart Elmar Mammadyarov and other officials.
Vestnik Kavkaza previously reported that the Foreign Ministers of Georgia, Azerbaijan and Turkey will meet on February 19. One of the main topics of discussion will be the construction of the Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railway, APA reports.
