The Turkish Foreign Ministry has spread a statement according to which they express condolences in connection with the accident at the Severnaya mine in the Vorkuta region.
"We bring condolences to the victims and to the Russian people, and wish a speedy recovery to all who suffered,’’ Tass cites the statement.
