Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu commented today on the words of Pentagon spokesman Jonathan Hoffman that the US does not receive profit from Syrian oil fields directly since all the money from the oil sales goes to the Kurdish militia.
“No one has the right to control Syria’s wealth. To come here from a huge distance and talk about evaluating the oil fields of this country is contrary to international law,” Mevlut Cavusoglu said.
