Today the Turkish Foreign Ministry issued another protest note, caused by the actions of Russian aircraft in Syria, to the Russian Ambassador to Turkey, Andrey Karlov.
The Turkish side has put forward accusations that Russia allegedly bombed the settlement of Bayyrbudzhak, where Syrian Turkmens live, RIA Novosti reported.
Syrian Turkmens are Turkic people living in the north of Syria. It is one of the largest ethnic groups in the country.
