A Turkish Foreign Ministry source confirmed the January 13 discussion between Minister Hakan Fidan and Saudi counterpart Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud.
According to RIA Novosti, the conversation focused on intergovernmental relations and Gaza peace plan preparations.
"During the conversation, bilateral relations were discussed, as well as preparations for the second stage of the peace plan for Gaza",
a source in the Turkish Foreign Ministry reported.
The dialogue follows President Donald Trump's autumn presentation of a twenty-point Gaza peace plan and October's Israel-Hamas ceasefire activation.
