Turkish low-budget Pegasus Airlines will no longer fly to Caucasian Mineral Waters. It stops its flights from Istanbul to the North Caucasus on November 8th.
Rosaviatia explained that Pegasus only had temporary permission to carry out these flights, it was issued 1.5 years ago. Now the department has given this permission to the Russian company 'Taimyr', flying under the brand NordStar, RIA Dagestan reports.
