A British citizen, who intended to sneak into Syria, where he planned to join the ranks of the terrorist organization 'Islamic State' (IS), has been detained in the Turkish province of Kilis.
"Our military detained a British citizen in the village of Akchabaglar. He was trying to illegally sneak into Syria to join IS," RIA Novosti quotes a message of the administration of the province.
