The Turkish prosecutor's office has started inspecting the leader of the pro-Kurdish Democratic Party of peoples Selahatin Demirtaş after a conference in Diyarbakir. He supported the 14-point-declaration on the political solution to the Kurdish problem, that among other measures, contains calls for the self-government of the Kurdish populated provinces in the country.
According to the prosecutor's office, such statements are contrary to the constitution of the country, Gazeta.ru reports.
