A soldier of the Turkish army, who disappeared during a shootout with terrorists of Islamic State (IS) on the Syrian border on September 1st, has been taken to a hospital controlled by the militants, a source in the Turkish police said.

The soldier was wounded in the leg, after which the terrorists took him to a hospital not far from the Syrian city of Aleppo.
