16 Turkish construction workers were kidnapped in Baghdad this morning by unknown persons in masks and military uniforms, the security services reports.
The Turkish Foreign Ministry confirmed the information about the capture of 16 people in Baghdad and said that they are communicating with the Iraqi authorities, Interfax reports.
