Special envoy of the Minister of Transport of Singapore, Yap Ong Heng, visited the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan where he discussed issues of bilateral cooperation in the field of transport, in particular aviation and maritime transport.
Turkmen side was informed about Singapore's achievements in this field and offered its services in the field of civil aviation and maritime transport personnel training.
