Turkmenistan continues to work on the development of the largest gas field of Galkinish, local media reported.
Last year the State Concern Turkmengaz completed the construction of three production boreholes deeper than 4.5 thousand meters with a total flow rate of more than 6.5 million cubic meters of natural gas a day, and before that 20 production boreholes were drilled.
According to the program of development of the oil and gas industry of Turkmenistan, the country should produce up to 230 billion cubic meters of gas in 2030, Trend reports.
