Today Turkmenistan celebrates the 20th anniversary of the status of the permanent neutrality.
Festive events dedicated to this event, are to take place during the year of 2015 in the country and abroad, as the jubilee year is to be announced as the Year of Turkmenistan's neutrality and peace, RIA Novosti reports.
