Turkmenistan ratifies historic agreement with Azerbaijan

The Azerbaijan-Turkmenistan Memorandum of Understanding on the Dostlug field was ratified today by the Mejlis of Turkmenistan.

The corresponding resolution "On ratification of the Memorandum of Understanding between the Government of Turkmenistan and the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan on joint exploration, development and development of hydrocarbon resources of the Dostluk field in the Caspian Sea" was adopted at a special meeting of the Turkmen parliament, Turkmenportal informs.
