Tusk: EU has two months to regulate migration crisis

The chairman of the European Council, Donald Tusk, said in a speech to the European Parliament today that over 2000 refugees arrived in the EU countries daily during the Christmas period.

At the same time, he stressed that the European Union has two months to resolve the situation surrounding the migration crisis, otherwise the Schengen Agreement is on its way to collapse.

According to the Frontex European Agency for the control of external borders, more than 1.2 million migrants arrived in the EU over the past year.
