In the liberated territory of Azerbaijan, two brothers blew up on a mine, Prosecutor General's Office of Azerbaijan informs.
"As the Armenian armed forces retreated amid the successful operations of the Azerbaijani army, they continued to commit crimes against our civilian population, using new methods and techniques, mining territories and thereby continuing provocative actions," the message reads.
