A two-seat light plane of the Academy of Civil Aviation crashed in Kazakhstan at 06:52 am (MSK) during a training flight, the country's Civil Aviation Committee said.
As a result of an accident near Almaty, a flying instructor and a student died.
An investigation has been initiated, Interfax reported.
