An investigation is being carried out in Kabardino-Balkaria into an attack on the chief electricity engineer of the Leskensky District electrical grid, the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the region informs.
"In connection with the incident two villagers from the village of Anzorey aged 27 and 28 years were detained, the youngest of them was already answerable for a criminal act," Interfax-South reports.
