A collision of two cars has led to victims in Stavropol Territory. The accident occurred on the 23 km mark of the federal highway between Mineral Waters and Kislovodsk.

The victims of the road accident were young teenagers, aged 16 and 17, who were in the car. One of them died at the scene, the other after a few hours in the emergency room.
